Positive Benefits supported actively the co-creation and impact investment partnerships development to address Lusiadas key challenges in sustainability. Our approach is guided by ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), GRI Standards (Global Reporting Initiative), and COP (Conference of Parties) metrics. By aligning our actions with these frameworks, we ensure comprehensive and measurable sustainability implementation.
Positive Benefits develop SEMEAR strategy and implemented Business Development. The focus was to create and improve social business for a sustainable grow.
Positive Benefits has implemented new processes and a new business model to enhance its main programs. This includes the development of social business education, a biologic agriculture program, inclusive team building activities, and rebranding efforts to improve the market approach for SEMEAR gourmet food products and goods.
A key focus has been on marketing and brand upgrade, which has resulted in increased sales and greater social impact. Additionally, improvements have been made in generating higher returns and securing funds through donations, grants, and the provision of services and products.

Guiné-Bissau Concession Management Systems for Water and Energy Supply

Positive Benefits develop this study to TESE in order to support the European Commission and the World Bank decision onn management/concession of water and energy supply systems in Guiné-Bissau.
The objective of Positive Benefits was to conduct a comprehensive analysis of management and concession models in the water and energy sectors, particularly in developing countries. This involved benchmarking and studying international reference initiatives by directly engaging with project promoters to gather insights and identify success factors. Positive Benefits collected information from various stakeholders, including local actors, government authorities, and financiers, to systematically analyze result indicators and assess the historical performance of water and energy services in Guinea-Bissau. Through the evaluation of diverse technical documents and case studies, the study identified innovative projects and sustainability models, synthesized lessons learned from national and international contexts, and provided valuable insights for the improvement of the local water and energy services.
